The National Allergy Strategy has developed a number of resources to help you manage your eczema well

It is important to manage eczema well. This means using any prescribed creams or ointments, bleach baths and wet wraps as directed by your doctor or nurse practitioner when there is an eczema flare as well as regular daily management to moisturise the skin.
