NEW Nip allergies in the Bub resources:
The National Allergy Strategy has developed new resources to help parents introduce the common allergy causing foods in the first year of life, to help prevent food allergies.
A new webpage featuring a new video, provides guidance on how to introduce the common allergy causing foods. The video includes the signs of readiness to help parents identify when their baby is ready for solid foods to be introduced.
Guidance is also provided about how to introduce the common allergy causing foods, with a focus on introducing one new common allergy causing food at a time - this will make it easier to identify the problem food if an allergic reaction occurs.
